14-day demos are free; refunds do not apply to trials.
Fees are billed monthly in advance. If uptime drops below 99.45% in a calendar month and SLA credit is declined, a pro-rated refund for that month is available upon request.
Example: If downtime exceeds 0.55% and you decline service credits, we refund the affected month proportional to the downtime beyond the SLA threshold.
One-time onboarding or integration fees are non-refundable once services start (floor mapping, menu modeling, device setup).
Email info@thornfieldcrest.com within 15 days of the incident. Include tenant ID, dates, impact summary, and whether you want credits or a refund.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.
